After your service, please be vocal about your satisfaction, as there are strictly no refunds for any services. All sales are final.
Photos and videos may be taken for social media and promotional purposes only. You are not obligated to participate, but please let us know prior to your appointment if you prefer not to be filmed or photographed.

BOOKING POLICY & TERMS
DEPOSITS
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. A late fee applies after 15 minutes. Appointments will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes and the deposit forfeited.
RESCHEDULING
All reschedule requests must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment for the deposit to be transferable.
EXTRA GUESTS
No additional guests or children are permitted at appointments unless approved prior to your appointment.
TRAVEL BOOKINGS
Travel services are available for group bookings and weddings only. Travel fees apply.
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Please arrive with a clean face for makeup application.
Wigs must be dropped off a minimum of 5 days prior to your appointment for added customisations OR wigs must be clean, glue-free, customised, and ready for installation prior to arriving at your appointment.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

You will receive a confirmation email after scheduling your booking, detailing the time, date, and location of your appointment.
We will also send you reminders and preparation instructions to ensure you are fully prepared.
Please ensure that you provide the correct phone number and email address to avoid any risk of cancellation.

Please arrive with a clean face free from makeup and skincare products where possible.
This allows for smooth application and long-lasting results.Inspiration photos are welcome to help achieve your desired glam look.

All wigs must be clean, glue-free, customised, and ready for installation prior to your appointment.
Wigs requiring additional customisation must be dropped off a minimum of 5 days before your booking (additional fees apply).
Transparent or HD lace is preferred for the most seamless finish.
